Ihsan has over 7 years in restructuring and insolvency experience. He has been appointed as Receivers and Administrator in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, shipping, manufacturing, and property.
His expertise in law included but not limited to trademark and real estate. He is also a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and the Receiver and Administrator Association of Indonesia (AKPI).
Andri has extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy & debt restructuring and litigation/dispute resolution.
Prior to establishing Sandiva, he worked with other law firms for over 12 years and He also handled employment dispute and representing a financial institution in various matters.
As a member of the Indonesian Association of Receivers & Administrators (AKPI), He has managed and participated in over 20 engagements in complex bankruptcy and delay of payments projects handling industries including property, oil & gas, mining, financial services, and manufacture.
