Allova leads the firm’s Legal and Bankruptcy Advisory Services, with over 15 years of experience in corporate law and dispute resolution.

He began his career at a first-tier Indonesian law firm, where he gained six years of experience in handling complex corporate transactions and litigation cases. His practice areas span corporate and commercial law, employment, land, environment, bankruptcy and debt restructuring, and dispute resolution.

Allova has a proven track record in establishing and executing restructuring and insolvency strategies for clients across industries including oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive, and shipping.

He is an active member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and the Receiver and Administrator Association of Indonesia (AKPI).

At Sandiva, Allova plays a key role in shaping the firm’s legal strategy, client engagement, and cross-disciplinary advisory services, providing solutions that integrate legal expertise with commercial insight.
