Andri is a Director at Sandiva Group, leading the firm’s Auction Services, with more than 17 years of professional experience in legal practice and corporate advisory. His expertise lies in bankruptcy and debt restructuring, litigation and dispute resolution, making him a trusted advisor for complex, multi-faceted cases.
Prior to co-founding Sandiva, Andri spent over 12 years working with established law firms in Indonesia, where he advised and represented clients in high-stakes disputes, corporate matters, and financial services cases. He also represented a range of institutions, including financial organizations, across diverse legal and commercial issues.
As a member of the Indonesian Association of Receivers & Administrators (AKPI), Andri has managed and participated in over 20 major bankruptcy and delay of payment projects, covering industries such as property, oil & gas, mining, financial services, and manufacturing. His proven ability to navigate insolvency cases, combined with his dispute resolution skills, positions him as a key figure in delivering strategic solutions for distressed businesses.
At Sandiva, Andri spearheads the firm’s Auction Services, integrating his legal expertise with commercial insight to deliver transparent, efficient, and value-driven outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
